Spotlight on morocco

Yes, it may be a country of beauty, where you’re sure to find the sun, but Robert and Janet Dann have discovered something more. They have found there people full of questions about Christianity, hungering for the truth not found in their native religion. For much of the past twenty years they have lived in Morocco, sharing the love of Christ wherever and whenever appropriate without offending the authorities. In October after spending the last four years in the UK to enable their children to complete their education, Rob and Janet are returning to Morocco, accompanied by their daughter Becky. Like Abraham they are going in faith, not knowing what the future holds in store, but willing to trust God to lead them to the place and ministry of His choice. Let us stand with them in prayer as they shortly leave this country. PRAY for clear direction for them and for Becky. PRAISE God for the couple who have opened their home to other believers. PRAY for the books in Arabic and the local dialect that they will find their way into the hands of those who need them. PRAY for wisdom as Rob engages in counselling the believers. PRAY for accommodation for the couple currently occupying the Dann’s house. PRAISE God for those believers willing to devote their time to Bible teaching. PRAY for more Moroccan believers to visit the isolated believers in the villages and share the gospel where possible.
