Christian Bookfair in Egypt

There were many school trips of young children to the Bookfair. These kids had little money to spend and so were very careful about what they bought. A staff member at one of the stands overheard two little boys eagerly talking to each other about the New Testament which they were seeing for the first time. They wanted to buy one, but only had one pound each. The New Testament was on sale for two Egyptian pounds. They finally came to the conclusion that they would pool their money and buy ONE New Testament between them. They agreed that each of them would have it on alternate days! Our staff member, having been touched by their eagerness, offered to give them a 50% additional discount so that they could each buy their own New Testament! They went home delighted!
